DOUBLE HORSE RIBBON ADA - 200GM

Double Horse Ribbon Ada is prepared from selected Raw materials. This product is suitable for preparing Payasam with Cow milk or Coconut milk.

Ingredients:

  • Rice Flour

Recipe:

  • Extract 1 cup of thick coconut milk and 4 – 5 cups of second milk from coconut (2 nos) and keep aside.
  • Break Double Horse Rice ada 200g and cook in excess water.
  • Strain and wash the ada in cold running water and keep aside.
  • Make thick syrup by boiling jaggery (500g) and about 1 glass of water and strain to remove dirt if any.
  • Fry cashew nuts (10 nos), raisins (10 nos) in 1 tbsp of ghee.
  • Cook jaggery, ada and the second extract of milk, in a wide mouth thick bottomed vessel (preferably uruli) until it thickens.
  • Then add the first extract of milk, cook till it thickens.
  • Add fried cashew, raisins and cardamom powder (1 tbsp) and remove from fire.
