STEEL DOORS

EMI's Steel Doors are available with standard assembly or with Pre-Assembled options. Doors are hung by heavy-gauge steel hinges, with available hardware configurations including locksets, panic exit devices & closers. Reinforced steel doors are designed for use in industrial, commercial or residential applications & available in single or double panel configuration with frames prepared for installation in Steel construction.

 Steel provides the best long-term value in the door and frame industry. It lasts longer, requires the fewest repairs, and is sturdier than other products. Steel's natural strength also outperforms other materials in security, fire rating, sound reduction, and more.

 Frames are available either welded (Factory assembled) or knocked down (site assembled). Frames also can be designed according to buildings architectural requirements. Full Flush door panels and frames are constructed of Galvanized steel which gives improved paint adhesion and prevents rust.

​The pre-welded option works very well for construction. The doors can be placed in their openings and the wall can be easily built around the frame, making the structure more firm as a whole.

Galvanized Steel Doors/ Stainless Steel Doors

Fire-Rated steel doors play a vital role in keeping people safe and minimizing property damage during a fire. Labeled fire doors control the spread of fire and smoke for up to 240 Minutes, when more than a 45 Minute rating is required. Steel is the sole door material to deliver a 240 Minutes fire-rating.

Acoustic fire doors are an increasingly popular choice for specialist applications in public buildings such as hospitals and education establishments.

Fire Proof Access Door

Fire Rated Access Doors and Panels are designed to provide fire protected and secure service access to critical areas in walls for a wide range of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential applications. Perfect for both new and retrofit building projects, our fire rated access doors are suitable for use in masonry, plaster or drywall enabling easy access to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.

Glazed Doors are suitable where aesthetically, well-lit environments are required in addition to situations where clear vision is needed throughout a room. Louver Door

 Metal Door with Louver Commercial hollow metal doors with louvers or door vents, provide air ventilation between rooms or inside of closets. Louvered doors help ventilate rooms when closed while still providing privacy and security. Louvers are often found inside of restroom and electrical or mechanical closet doors.
