Nowadays temperatures breaking its own record and have reached their highs, as temperature is been hot day by day also been caused us to heat up a little more and making us feel that literally we are going to be melt and will be turned into a sweat pile. We lose a lot of body fluid and many nutrients along with sweat. We drinks water that helps to keep maintain the body’s temperature and water level. But still what about the nutrients we lost?

In dire need to fulfill the lost nutrients and keep us cool and hydrated, we need some foods that can help us to keep us full and happy and cool for the summers.

We have a few cooling foods list which can be added to your diet to avoid dehydration and boost your energy level, have a look:

  • Yogurt: Yogurt or curd is one of the healthier and high water content, helps to keep more than even ice cream in summers. It’s easy to make and commonly available even if you use a store-bought ready-made variety. There are millions of curd dishes to make easily or simply can be eaten with rice or bread in summers.
